4.The more you throw away, the more you must pay. Commonly used in buffets, you pay for how much you throw away after you payed your base rate.
5.Base rate and it's mulitiplied by how much you do. Example, would be a bag tax.

1.When the consumer consumes until the marginal benefit equals the zero marginal cost to the consumer.
2.A barrier between you and the unlimited quanities of goods that you would consume if money were no object.
3.Toll roads that charge according to distance driven.
