Packard Last Concept Car 1957

Words describing the last great concept car called Predictor at the 1956 Chicago auto show. Financially the car company was bleeding money. Thanks for Packard's merger with Studebaker autos. Packard took control of Studebaker in 1954. The merger ended up a real big mess for the merged auto company. The Predictor design was passed on to the Italian Ghia of Turin,Italy. It was a car that offered the push botton automatic transmission.The design finally has returned into a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Powered by a Packard 300 hp-V8.Making the former Predictor fully driveable.The 1957 Plymouth had shared the cathedral taillights. Also on 1958 Edsel.
