Asynchronous		means that there is no synchronisation; things occur at different times, or occur out of phase, or at different periods of time, etc.
Bandwidth		A baud is the number of signal events that occur each second along a communications channel (Baud rate). It is another method of measuring transmission speed.
Baud Rate		The amount of data that can be carried from one point to another in a given time period (usually a second). It is expressed in bits per second (bps) or Bytes per second (Bps).
