A Paralyzed Man Healed and Matthew CalledKay PerezJesus was teaching in a house in Capernaum. There was a large crowd and four men brought a man, carrying him on a mat, because he was a paralytic (someone who could not walk) to see Jesus. Because of the crowd, the men made a hole in the roof of the house and lowered the man down to Jesus. Jesus saw the faith the man had and said, "Son your sins are forgiven." So that the people would know that He could forgive sins, He told the man to take his mat and go home. The man got up and walked. They were all amazed and glorified God. Then as Jesus passed by the tax office, He saw a man named Levi, sitting there. Jesus said to him, "Follow Me." Levi got up and followed Jesus. Levi was one of the first disciples to follow Jesus. Levi is also known as Matthew. Later he wrote the book of Matthew in the New Testament. He was also one of the twelve Apostles Jesus chose to spread the gospel message. Read the story in Mark 2:1-17.
Some of the puzzles that people list for the public get indexed by the search engines (like Google). Some people find those puzzles and cannot figure out how to make a puzzle of their own. So this page now has the navigation sidebar. There are now buttons on the puzzle so that you can get a clean page, in either HTML or PDF, that you can use your browser's print button to print. The PDF format allows the web site to know how large a printer page is, and the fonts are scaled to fill the page. The PDF takes awhile to generate. Don't panic! |
