Israelites Leave Egypt-The PassoverKay PerezThe Pharaoh would not let the Israelites go and worship God. So God sent one last plague upon the Egyptians. He told Moses for the Israelites to kill and eat a Passover lamb, and put some of the blood on the sides and top of the doorpost of their houses. They were to also make unleavened bread for the meal. The Lord was going to pass over the houses of the Israelites who had put blood on their doorposts. The Israelites made the Passover meal as they were told. At midnight, the Lord passed over the houses with blood on the doorpost, but the Lord killed the firstborn son of the Egyptians including Pharaoh's son. Pharaoh finally let the Israelites go. The Egyptians gave the Israelites whatever they asked for including silver, gold, and clothing. Moses told the Israelites to keep the Passover each year and tell their children what the Passover meant. Story found in Exodus 11-12.
Some of the puzzles that people list for the public get indexed by the search engines (like Google). Some people find those puzzles and cannot figure out how to make a puzzle of their own. So this page now has the navigation sidebar. There are now buttons on the puzzle so that you can get a clean page, in either HTML or PDF, that you can use your browser's print button to print. The PDF format allows the web site to know how large a printer page is, and the fonts are scaled to fill the page. The PDF takes awhile to generate. Don't panic! |
