China plans, building the tallest building in the middle of a field in a southern provincial of China.   It will have 92 elevator,shools,hospital,retail & hotel.    This is the next step to an up & away urbanization.      It will have 202 floors.     The Sky city is a natural concern for the Chinese government.     They are concerned for safety,environmental impact & creation of mass congession around the the complex skycraper.    The building can hold 300,000 thousand people.    BSB construction says it can have it finished in seven months.
