Amoxicillin Inhibit RNA polymerase.
Vancomycin/teicoplanin Beta-lactam. Targets gram negative. Inhibits NAG/NAM (enzymes needed for cell wall) causing cell wall to rupture.
Streptomycin Neuraminidase inhibitor. Prevents release of virions out of cell.

Lincomycin/clindamycin Lincosamides. Bind to 50s and cause premature dissociation of p-tRNA from the ribosome.
Quinolones Inhibit M2 protein, preventing H+ influx and preventing uncoating of virus
Rifampcin Bind to 30s and prevent incorporation of amino acid
Trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole Targets gram +ve/-ve. Bind to DNA gyrase/topisomerase - preventing unwinding of circular DNA and DNA synthesis.
Amatidine/rimantidine Guanosine analog, inhibits DNA translation/transcription
Ribavirin Prevent bacterial synthetic pathway of amino acid synthesis.
Tamiflu Glycopeptide. Targets gram positive (MRSA). Inhibits precursors of cell wall structures.
