Caregiving and Congestive Heart Failure

A Dutch study found gender is a key concept to consider when studying quality of life of partners of people with congestive heart failure. The performance of caregiving tasks is statistically signiﬁcantly associated with vitality, pain, mental and social aspects of quality of life in female partners, but not with quality of life in male partners.
