Setting Boundaries
DVH
Setting boundaries means creating clear limits to
protect your time, feelings, and energy. It’s like
building a fence around a garden—you decide who
can come in and how they treat your space.
Boundaries help you have stronger relationships
and stay healthy inside and out.
There are different kinds of boundaries, like
physical, emotional, and time boundaries. They
help us
know what we’re okay with and when to say “no.”
When someone crosses a boundary, it’s important to
enforce it by taking action to protect yourself.
You don’t need to fix others—you need to take care
of
you.
Using “I statements” helps you share how you feel
without blaming others. Setting boundaries is an
important part of self-care. It builds self-
respect, gives us balance, and helps prevent
burnout. Many
people struggle with setting boundaries because of
guilt, fear of rejection, or lack of practice. But
we
can learn to start small, stay consistent, and
grow stronger over time.

This page won't have buttons or ads, just your puzzle.
The PDF format allows the web site to know how large a
printer page is, and the fonts are scaled to fill the page.
The PDF takes awhile to generate. Don't panic!
