The wordings of the mining industry in South Dakota with the help of the American government is planning to tax all ore, minerals & other metals from the rocks in the area.  The Feds are putting a royalty tax on all hard rock mining.  This will bring in at least over one Billion or more revenue.  The money goes to the American debt crisses.
