Point Elliot Native Wa. Fishing Rights

Words about Federal & Washington state fishing rights. The rules locally is called the Point Elliot of the Puget sound.  Each state has their own rules due to fishing rights with the native American tribes with in that state. The native tribes in Wash. state have a good deal. They are able to fish under 50% of avalable fish through the state water ways.

Some of the puzzles that people list for the public get indexed by the search engines (like Google). Some people find those puzzles and cannot figure out how to make a puzzle of their own. So this page now has the navigation sidebar.
